Small business automation does not have to be a big project. Retyping quotes, following up enquiries, forwarding invoices: I build small tools and connections that take over that work, so you have more time for your customers and your craft.
Work that comes back every week and always runs the same way. An enquiry from your website that lands in your customer list by itself, with a confirmation email. A quote that fills itself from a template. Reminders for appointments or unpaid invoices. An overview you now piece together from Excel every month. I work with the tools you already use.
How do we approach it?
Process first, technology second. We start with a free conversation about one task that costs you time. Then I map how it works today and what it could save, and you receive a proposal with a fixed price. Not everything needs automating. If something costs more than it returns, I will tell you.
Who owns what I build?
You do, not me. Accounts and subscriptions are in your business’s name. At handover you receive an explanation, a short manual, an off switch and an export of what I built, so someone else can take it over too.

What I have built
A few tools I built for myself and for others. Simply to show what is possible.
01
EPC-Expert Pro
My own app for energy assessors. It replaces retyping into the VEKA database with one continuous flow from site visit to submission. In an internal test on ten homes (March 2026), a file went on average from about 3h50 to 2h05.
For my own sales, one key logs the call, schedules the follow-up and prepares the right email.
03
Revenue and invoices for a shop
For Decodeman in Koksijde, a custom platform brings till data, a shared spreadsheet and invoices via Peppol together in one overview, without manual exports.
For a brand of wooden garden buildings, customers put together their garden building step by step, from size and walls to roof, openings and finish. They see it in 2D and 3D and get an instant price range based on real item prices.
Frequently asked questions
What does it cost?
The first conversation is free. After that you receive a proposal with a fixed price, excluding VAT. If something runs on its own, we agree on follow-up, so someone is there if it stops.
Does it work with my accounting software and Peppol?
Often, yes. I build around your software, never inside it. Since 1 January 2026, VAT-registered businesses in Belgium must invoice each other electronically, usually via Peppol. I help with what comes before and after, in agreement with your accountant.
What about privacy?
Data stays in your business’s name. If I process personal data for you, we first sign a data processing agreement. I only use AI through business services that do not train on your data, and nothing goes out without a person checking it.
What if something breaks?
With follow-up I get an alert and fix it, usually the next working day. If a process has to run day and night without interruption, I am not the right partner.
